Amanda Thompson [Julymoonart]

I have been working on the miniature artist books/curios and will be putting up some other wee things that i have created using silk worm cocoons at a later date. I am also curious about using seed pods, apricot kernals, mango stones etc to create other miniature things so this will be an ongoing working project. I feel these wonderful works of art say a lot about me as a person and i like to think of them as the `Faberge' silk cocoons each one individual and unique.

I am knitting a shawl progress from socks and hats and although i have done a little French lace making i should like to do some more...maybe something for the fastive season.
